GM's Chevy Bolt sales for February do not impress

GM released their deliveries report for February 2018 and they show 1,424 Bolt EVs delivered, compared to 952 from the same month in 2017. This is not much of an upgrade considering the Bolt EV is available in all 50 states and inventory is good. The new Nissan Leaf and Tesla Model 3 do account for the slow sales in part, particularly when compared to December 2017 when they delivered over 3000 Bolt EVs on the back of consumers looking to cash in on the federal tax credit.

The Volt on the other hand has continued to struggle, delivering only 983 units, compared to 1820 in the same month last year.
